Day 52: McDonald’s Is NOT The Spawn Of Satan

McDonald’s is getting a bad rap these days. People act like the fast-food giant is the culinary spawn of Satan.  I recently read an article stating that fast food is scientifically engineered to taste good.  No shit. Most great meals are scientifically engineered to taste good. Restaurants want you addicted to their food. Whether you are buying your dinner out of a drive through window or a Michelin Star restaurant, chefs use science to make your McBurger or Duck confit taste great.
